Davido’s aide, Israel Afeare also known as Israel DMW has tendered a public apology to Nigerian music artiste DJ Cuppy over his recent claims.
Recall that a week ago, Israel alleged on social media that Zanku master Zlatan Ibile was left empty-handed by DJ Cuppy after their hit collaboration, ‘Gelato’.
Israel, in a lengthy statement called Cuppy a ‘fake friend’ and alleged that she made made billions of naira with Zlatan but left him without a penny.

Cuppy denied such claims and immediately filled a lawsuit against Afeare Israel for libel and defamation. She further demanded an apology from him.

Israel was wise enough to comply, by sharing a video of his public apology to DJ Cuppy on Thursday February 11.
He said: “Am very sorry for the embarrassment it has caused you and your family. Please don’t be offended, it will never happen again.”
