According to a statement by the label’s legal representative, Barrister Keshi Elvis, the ‘Osinachi’ crooner was charged for inciting officers of the Zone 2 police command to intimidate and harass the label’s CEO’, Bob Kelly Williams.
Humblesmith reportedly made an announcement yesterday announcing that he has parted ways with N-Tyze Entertainment.
But N-Tyze has denied having any such agreement with the 29-year-old singer, and posited that he is still under contract with them.
They boldly wrote ‘STOP PRESS’ to further strengthen that those claims by the Abakaliki born singer are false.
They also stated in the lawsuit that Humblesmith has been restricted from releasing new songs or music related activities pending the determination of the suit.
