Nigerian Afrobeat singer Davido has apologised to a fan who was disappointed over his recent Infinix phone rants.
The 28-year-old artiste recently took to Twitter to hype the Infinix brand, refering to it as the best phone brand in Nigeria and Africa.

He wrote:
“If you like hire 100 ambassadors. Your phone no go sell pass Infinix for this naija. Your brand no go trend more than Infinix in this Africa ! No dey talk too much ! Tule jare!!”
One of his followers who was not happy with the tweet replied: “What kind of insensitive tweet is this… OBO this is pure shit I’m highly disappointed smmmhhh.”
Davido however explained to him that he didn’t intend to insult any brand, instead it a message for someone who was taunting him.
He wrote:
“No vex jo .. not direct at any other ambassadors of other brands .. nah one wicked person like this wey dey work for another brand office wey wan spoil my name for where I Dey work dem self make dem no spoil person bag Money bag Abeg Namatse.”
