The Afrobeat heavyweight who turned a year older today November 21, recently took to social media to show off a multimillion Naira diamond studded chain his partner Chioma bought for him as gift.

The chain was very special for the artist, for it has an image of him and his late mother inscribed in it. He couldn’t fail to express his emotions words: “me and my mother, emotional thank you @chefchi,” he wrote with a picture of the necklace.

Davido’s birthday cake was nothing short of classic. Unless you were told, you could hardly notice that it’s actually a cake and not a 30BG antique.
