The 27-year-old star has earlier taken to social media to blast people who travel to the East during Christmas despite the supposed dangers surrounding such period.
“Stop travelling to the damn East just coz it’s Christmas! Is it worth your life? Stop that primitive behaviour. The road are busy! Pick some other damn time! Plan,” wrote on Twitter.
Few hours after sharing the now deleted tweet, Chike has posted another message appealing to everyone who felt hurt by it.
“I believe my now-deleted tweet was misunderstood as it was an emotional one. This morning, 2 friends died on their road trip back from the village,” he wrote.
“I think the roads are too risky for everyone to be headed home & back. If you have been hurt, I sincerely apologize”.
