US Vice-President elect Kamala Harris has taken to social media to reveal the kind of woman her mother was.
In a heartfelt message she shared on Instagram, Kamala Harris said her late mother Gopalan Harris, single-handedly raised her and her sister Maya.
Despite her challenges, she always taught them to be compassionate about other people’s struggle and to be proactive.
