Several Nigerians have called for the immediate arrest of celebrities like Davido, Rema and Williams Uchemba for advertising and endorsing a popular Ponzi scheme company, RackSterli.
RackSterli, a Ponzi-like initiative owned by one Chidi, allegedly defrauded many investors of their money after their official website www.racksterli.org crashed on Saturday June 26.
Davido and his celebrity colleagues had been seen in some videos promoting the platform, prompting people to subscribe to it.

Some subscribers allegedly invested in the scheme without getting returns since last year, whereas others who are due for payment are left stranded after it crashed.
This has led them to call for the arrest of celebrities who advertised the scheme. An investor named Akintunde Mayowa Johnson told SaharaReporters:
“All the celebrities that endorsed the scheme should be arrested too. Davido, Williams Uchemba supported the brand and they got us into this. Now the so-called Racksterli investment ran away with our money after buying himself a Brand New G. Wagon days after his accident.”
