Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye ex housemate Michael Chukwuebuka Ngene has revealed that he is mentally exhausted.
The 28-year-old reality TV star made this known in his recent statement on Instagram. He disclosed that he has not been 100% fit for some time but he keeps pushing his mind and body.
However, Michael stated that he is taking a break (probably on social media) because he is mentally and physically exhausted. Read his full statement below;
Meanwhile, Michael is not the only housemate from the Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye to complain about his mental health. Tega previously stated that she was mentally exhausted. You will also recall that some ex housemates like Whitemoney, Pere and Angel were hospitalized few days after stepping out of the Big Brother’s house.
Their comments and experience shows that it is not easy to be a celebrity.
