The Executive Governor of Lagos State, Sanwo-Olu has reassured everyone that he is fully aware of the unfortunate passing of llerioluwa Oladimeji Imole Aloba, also known as Mohbad. He said that they have been working diligently behind the scenes in close collaboration with relevant authorities and closely monitoring the ongoing investigations.
To enhance the investigative process, he has taken the initiative to invite the Department of State Services (DSS) to join the investigation, with the aim to broaden the scope of the inquiry through inter-agency cooperation and the utilization of cutting-edge technology to uncover the truth.
Also, he stated that he has given clear instructions that anyone who might have been involved in any capacity in the events leading to Mohbad’s death should be held accountable under the law following a comprehensive inquiry.
Furthermore, he earnestly appeal to individuals who possess crucial information that could aid in the investigation to come forward and share it with the investigative team, assuring then of confidentiality and protection of all witnesses who provide vital information or indicative evidence to support the process.

He also stated that both the Police and the DSS have been directed to provide periodic updates to the public on their progress in this matter.
He didn’t fail to extend his heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, colleagues, and fans of Imole worldwide for their loss, and wished everyone love and light during these challenging times, and prayed Mohbad’s soul rest in peace.
