#EndSars: Davido Reveals Why He Fled The Country During The Protest (Video)
Nigerian singer and DMW boss David Adeleke popularly known by his stage name as Davido has recounted what happened to him during the #EnSars protest in Nigeria.
October will mark one year since Nigerian youths stormed the street to protest the police brutality, injustice, extrajudicial killings and extortion.
The protesting youths asked the government to dissolve the special anti- robbery squad (SARS) which is a branch in the police department.

Nigerians home and abroad including celebrities took turn to participate in the demonstration.
Davido who was among the top celebrities that took part in the protest recently revealed that he was forced to leave the country just because he took part in the protests.
The DMW boss was speaking to Trevor Noah when he made the statement.
According to him, his song FEM, was being used as an anthem by End SARS protesters got him into trouble and he no choice but to leave the country for his safety.
