This recent development was made known via Official_ASUU Twitter handle. The educational body noted in a press statement made by the Abuja Zone this morning, that there is no hope of suspending the strike, because the government have shown no serious commitment towards addressing their demands or releasing salaries withheld since February.

There’s not even a signal from Federal Government prior to the anticipated indoor negotiation this week.
Hence they advised students, parents and their members not to get their hopes up. Read the statement below:
