Nigerian Nollywood actress and activist, Iyabo Ojo has filed a court claim against Naira Marley. The superstar actress demanded 10 Billion Naira from Naira Marley for lack of professional conduct.
Naira Marley had earlier sued Iyabo Ojo for character defamation and alleging him to have a hand in the death of the late Mohbad who passed on in September 2023. Iyabo Ojo who is an activist was one of the frontiers pushing for Justice during Mohbad’s death.
Recently, Naira Marley filed a case demanding 500 million Naira from Iyabo Ojo for character defamation, while Iyabo Ojo filed a counter appeal stating that Naira Marley did not go through due process by putting out the file online even before it was sent to her. She thereby sued Naira Marley through her legal team “The Maverick Forte Legal” for deliberately misleading the public with the letter.
