A Former Chief Security Officer of the Community watch in Owerre Nkwoji, Nkwerre LGA Imo state, Mr. Chidi Anele, has been arrested for allegedly d£filing a 13-year-old girl.
According to reports, he was arrested and detained at the Imo State criminal investigation department but was released immediately after the intervention of a former house of representatives member, Ugochukwu Nzekwe.
