Here are ways to manage a child who is easily angered.

1. Keep them away from violent media

Most children who are easily angered learn this attitude from violent Media such as video games, television, and social media for those who have access to it. Try keeping them away from violent Media and make them conversant with healthy conflict resolution skills.

2. Build anger management skills

Learn to build anger management skills yourself. This would help you know how to cope with them, and keep you from beating or shouting at them all the time.

3. Teach them to use words

Teach them that using words to express their feelings it’s better than exhibiting how they feel.  Teach them to use words and how to express whatever they’re feeling at that point.
