If you are not comfortable with the shape of your breast after breastfeeding, here are ways to get them firm again.

1. Practice good posture

Be mindful of your posture during breastfeeding. Keep shoulders and back straight as much as possible. Hunched shoulders and poor posture equal unsupported breasts.

2. Wean your baby slowly

Weaning your baby slowly and gradually will allow fatty tissue to have enough time to redeposit in your breast. Reduce the frequency of your nursing session.

3. Avoid Smoking

The regeneration of skin cells in your boy may be hindered by heavy ide of tobacco or cigarette. If you wish to preserve the shape of your breast, then stay away from cigarettes or smoking.

4. Wear a supportive bra

A poorly fitted bra will be of no benefit to a nursing mother. It could even cause pain and injury. Wear a supportive bra to prevent saggy breasts.

5. Moisturize your skin

Select lotions with a natural extract that will nurse your skin. Use body scrubs to gently exfoliate your breast while bathing. Removal of a dead cell can improve blood circulation.

6. Lose weight slowly

This will give your body the opportunity to adjust to changes. Swift changes in body size or shape may not give you the required change you need.

7. Exercise

Engage in exercises such as push-ups, press-ups, and other exercises that would lift your appearance.
