People who show Leadership skills tend to do well in any organization, this is because they act as leaders to junior staff and support other people’s ideas.

Even if you live up to the mentioned habits without having a good relationship with your boss or the right people who could get you a promotion at work, then it may seem difficult.

While working in an organization, build relationships with people who can reward your efforts.

However, that does not mean that you should ignore others, who knows, your recommendation may come from them.
