• Water or Liquid test
When fake Naira notes are immersed in water or other liquid and washed gently against the palm, the color on the note washes off.
• Visual Inspection
Sometimes mere looking at Naira notes can make you know a fake note. Original Naira notes have clear printing and color unlike the fake Naira notes that may be darker or lighter due to differences in printer equipment and ink.
