Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde stormed the venue of the June 12 protest in Ibadan on Saturday morning to join in the protest against bad governance.
Nigerians across the country decided to stage a massive protest on June 12, against insecurity, poverty and decline in democracy and fundamental human rights.
Several protesters have been spotted marching against all odds in Lagos, Abuja, Oyo, Osun and other states to mark the democracy day.

Governor Makinde suprised his people by coming with little security to the protest ground to address the residents of his state.
He drove himself to the venue amid cheers and loud praises.
