Reports has it that Uganda opposition presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi a.k.a Bobi Wine and his family has been under house arrest for the past 7 days.

President Museveni of Uganda was asked in an interview with British-Iranian journalist Christiane Amanpour, what his thoughts were on locking up his opponent Bobi Wine.

“We’ve interviewed Bobi Wine, it’s all over the international press that he’s been attacked, members of his team have been killed, he is not able to go to big rallies, he’s been jailed, how is that fair in terms of a level playing field for contesting the election?” Amanpour asked?
